iReel Officially Launches New Belfast Office at Thomas House
The month of June marked a significant milestone for iReel, the Australian-founded AI and sports data analytics company, with the official launch of its new office at Thomas House in Belfast. Having joined the venYou community just two months ago, the company’s expansion into Northern Ireland signals a strong commitment to international growth and innovation.
The opening event was attended by a number of distinguished guests, including Northern Ireland’s Minister for the Economy, Dr Caoimhe Archibald, and Victoria’s Minister for Transport and Infrastructure, Gabrielle Wilson. In her remarks, Minister Archibald underscored the importance of attracting inward investment from forward-thinking technology companies such as iReel, highlighting their potential to elevate Northern Ireland’s position on the global AI stage.
Also in attendance was a delegation from The Irish Australian Chamber of Commerce, visiting as part of a five-day fact-finding mission to Ireland. Their presence further underscored the international significance of the launch and Belfast’s growing reputation as a centre for innovation, collaboration, and high-value employment.
Representing venYou, our Client Services Director, Donna Linehan, and Operations Director, Jonny Hill, welcomed guests and introduced them to the modern, flexible workspace at Thomas House, which now serves as iReel’s Belfast base.
With plans to create 50 skilled roles in the city, iReel’s investment is a welcome boost to the local economy and a positive signal for the region’s thriving tech sector. venYou is proud to support their journey and to provide a platform for their continued success in Northern Ireland.
We extend a warm welcome to the iReel team and look forward to seeing their impact in the months and years ahead.
